The Barrie Baycats came out on the wrong end of a 4-0 score with Brantford for the second game in a row. Not only did they lose game six of the Intercounty Baseball League final on Thursday night, they also lost a chance at the championship. The Red Sox claimed the title, winning the series four games to three. It's the second year in a row the Baycats have bowed out to the Red Sox. Last year they were defeated in four games straight.
