Listen to this story:
The end of he world? Not happening anytime soon says University of Victoria science professor Colin Goldblatt. He says the end is about a half-billion years away, and won’t be the result of predictions by prophets or catastrophe movies. He does think it will be greenhouse gases that will do it, heating the earth’s atmosphere to 11-hundred degrees Celsius, wiping out all forms of life.
