Lindsay Lohan still doesn't get it. Her lawyer is running around telling a sad tale that Lins is so "upset" after learning she may not have time with her family before heading to court-ordered rehab following her release from prison, according to her lawyer. Just to recap...she committed a crime: DUI. She violated probation and failed to show up to court a few times. She was ultimately sentenced to 90 days and an immediate stint in rehab on release. She will only serve 2 weeks of the 90 days and is now complaining bitterly about going to rehab when she gets out.
