Provincial Police suspect speed and failure to wear a seatbelt were factors in the single vehicle rollover yesterday that left a Newmarket man dead. Huronia West OPP say a vehicle left Crossland Road near County Road 92 in Springwater Township about 4:30 Monday afternoon and rolled onto its roof in the ditch. The driver was ejected from the vehicle. He's been identified as 37 year old Jason Abbott. An autopsy is being conducted this afternoon to determine cause of death.
