Evening performances 7 pm Saturday matinee 2pm, The Mady Centre, Barrie, Ontario
Do you think it's easy to write a murder mystery? Find out what happens when the Marquis Crossing Ladies Society for the Arts tries to do just that. When they discover they have to pay royalties to do someone else's play they set out to write their own "operatic murder mystery dinner theatre with possible audience participation, providing no one sells fruit to the audience".
When two actual convicts arrive on the lam, the ladies drag them into the play and before you know it you can't tell the loaded guns from the unloaded ones.
