Golf Shot Causes Grass Fire

It has been down right HOT!!!!

Hot and really dry in a lot of areas including California. Over the weekend at Shady Canyon Golf Course a golfer's shot from the long grass had him yelling, "FIRE!" Instead of "FORE!"

A wedge shot from the rough caused some sparks upon impact, setting off an instant blaze that burned 25 acres of long grass at the golf course.

It took the efforts of 150 Orange County Firefighters, the grounds crew and even helicopters to put the fire out!
