I have an interview coming up on Friday with WWE superstar Dolph Ziggler.
Wrestling interviews can be tough, at least at the start...because you never know if you're going to get the character, or the man.
I prefer the man. The character is for the show, and lets face it...it's not as interesting. Kind of like if I was to do an interview with Johnny Depp. I'd want to talk to him...not Jack Sparrow.
Back before my time, it wasn't like that. Always in character, and you never mentioned the F (fake) word. You wouldn't mention it now either out of respect and the acknowledgment years ago that it's entertainment anyway.
But back in the day...if you insulted their job, this is what you got.
Mind you, the reporter ended up with 500 thousand for this...but still.
