Hurrricane Earl has weakened to a Category Three Storm but a hurricane watch has been issued for southern Nova Scotia anyway. Earl has bounced back and forth between Category Three and Four as it makes its way up the Atlantic coast of North America. It's expected to pass the Outer Banks of North Carolina tonight and hit the Maritimes Saturday morning.
