The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued recalls for two brands of headcheese after 18 Canadians took sick - one of them in Ontario. Salmonella has been detected in Freybe and Brandt headcheeses. If you have some, Public Health Canada advises you contact the deli where it was purchased from to determine if it's among the recalled products.
